"-"
Photos of rooms on hotel website bear no resemblance to room we were given. Large dent in the middle of the floor. Carpet had several stains. Room was cold and when heating came on pipe work (adjacent to bed) noisy. Unable to switch TV off by remote control and one of the bedside lamps had no on/off switch. Could hear people talking in other rooms. Very disappointed. We`ve paid less money elsewhere and had superior quality.

"Good is just about right. "
There was nothing about our stay that tipped it over into anything more than that, and it worked just fine for my brother and I who were both there for a long weekend. It would have been better if the twin room was two double beds as opposed to 4 single beds! And the breakfast wasn`t the greatest, although probably just about worth the 8? we paid for it.

"Clean but basic, helpful staff"
The room was in need of refurbishment, had 4 beds and lots of handrails etc for disabilities. The mirror was too far back from the sink in the bathroom. We weren`t given the correct amount of tea cups or glasses for the three guests staying.

"Friendly staff, smart and comfortable room, good breakfast, good rates"
Really enjoyed my brief stay in Dublin and at the Belvedere. Special note goes to the staff who had to deal with the power cut one evening I was there - they dealt with it professionally, and looked after the guests well. Only point to improve - turn up the heating on the beans and hash browns at breakfast Thanks :)
