This family-friendly hotel is ideally situated for a trip to Arthur`s Seat, The Pentland Hills or a visit to Scottish Parliament. Best Western Kings Manor Hotel features Fountain Spa Health and Leisure Club onsite, with facilities including a 20-metre indoor pool, with a spa tub, steam room and sauna, a well equipped gym and a tennis court. The Health Club also offers massage and beauty services in their onsite spa treatment rooms. The property has a restaurant, a bar, and a  Bistro cafe to suit all meal requirements, with 24-hour room service available outside of these times.

the only things I would like to mention is the volume of light in the room was on the dull side and the soap containers were difficult to use,otherwise if we were staying in Edinburgh again we would choose Kings Manor

we have just stayed for 3 nights and could not fault one thing!!!! The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were very well equipped, and the food of high quality, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!

"Second visit in less than a month."
Our first stay at the Kings Manor Hotel was such a lovely experience.  We booked a last minute at a very competitive price and were delighted with the service we received. The room was small but had everything that we needed (very comfortable bed).  We booked to eat in the Hotel, food was great Priced competitively, service top class, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble!!  The breakfast was amazing - best we`ve had in a long time!! The he whole place has a very comfortable air about it, so we were more than happy to re-book and bring  our friends from the Cotswolds!!  On our return we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room we had this time (same price paid) was very spacious indeed and our friends` room even bigger!!  We again had a lovely warm welcome with great service and look forward to another visit in the future. Many Thanks  Annie and Gordon Purvis.
