"Rooms were good but that was all."
Rooms were lovely however the food on the Sunday night was average. All our dinners were lukewarm, wrong dessert was delivered twice and in the end we didn`t get the dessert we ordered. Also we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, not a bargain at ?37.50, this had a screw top (very unusual) and was the cheapest tasting Proscecco we have ever drunk. Went down for breakfast at 9.30, (serving until 10.30) and there was no bacon, sausages, or scrambled egg available the whole time we were there. I don`t think we would stay there again to be honest.

"Hotel staff very welcoming, very efficent,no problem too great to solve, felt vip at hotel."
From the moment you arrive at this hotel you are made to feel special. No request was too difficult for them right down to taking into consideration dietary requirements and changing menu to fit need. The rooms are lovely and the food quality excellent, however they would need to possibly extend their menus to offer more chicken dishes, s menu in bar and restaurant was limited to certain perimiters and needs slightly expanded. Their facilities were second to none and their staff the most efficient and friendly I have ever come a cross from their cleaners to their concierge right through to their reception, bar/ restaurant staff and management. I would thoroughly reccomend this hotel for weddings, business and leisure stays and if it were possible give them a golden medal award for tourism. This is a hotel that a lot of hotels in the UK, Europe and the world could learn from and begin to model their service around. It was a privilidge to have been blessed to stay there.

"-"
Very good hotel, my only problem was we had booked a double room, what we got was two single beds pushed together other than that was very good. there was a wedding on so that could have been the reason behind it. All staff very nice everything was very clean and tidy I would go back

"Great Hotel"
We stayed here for my boyfriend`s birthday. The staff were very welcoming and had a mini birthday cake and card in the room on arrival. We loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant - again the staff were efficient and pleasant. The only fault I had was there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. This is a lovely hotel and I would recommend it. We will certainly be back again.
Hotel staff very welcoming,v...
