"Very convenient"
I didn`t stay long enough to take it all in - less than 12 hours - but what I saw was fine.

"Clean & convenient "
For a 3 star hotel this was fine. Fairly `average ` in all aspects The room we had was clean and comfortable except the pillows which were like rocks with no soft alternative Bathroom was really clean and bright Only criticisms were there weren`t enough teabags/sugar sachets (one cup of tea`s worth each) Staff were efficient and polite but not personable We didn`t have breakfast as we were told it was £10 each!

"Avoid Room 721"
In general the hotel was pleasant and clean. Bar and food good. Avoid Room 721 if you wish to sleep, the noise from the lift motors prohibit you from sleeping!! This room should not be used as the lift motor noise is actually louder in room 721 than when stood by the bank of three lifts!!

"decent hotel."
room small but adequate for 2 people, although the bathroom very tiny, but again adequate.breakfast was a little bit of a let down, theres -plenty of choice but it was bland.staff pleasent enough apart from the lady on the bar, who never smiled or acknowledged customers at all.

"disappointment"
I will start with something good. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Room was adequate and bed comfortable but corridors made a rather shabby impression. Needs to be attended to to fit with the exterior impression of Hotel and reception. The specially ordered English Breakfast was not available due to kitchen problems, a great disappointment and unfortunately only received offer of some kind of compensation after contacting Agent after the holiday. The continental breakfast did not meet usual standards. Main lift to breakfast room in basement not working. My overall impression : a bed for the night, end of story.

"Clean and basic but totally fine"
Our room felt that it had been recently refurbished and although the bathroom was tiny the shower was good and it was very clean. The room was serviced well and the public areas were well kept. However, the corridors leading to the room were less than grotty with wallpaper peeling off and a grim sort of `Shining` feel to it. We paid for what we thought was going to be a full English breakfast only to be handed vouchers for a continental breakfast on arrival. Our first morning at breakfast was greeted by a sign outside teh dining room explaining that the extractor system in the kitchen was not working so a cooked breakfast could not be had. The same notice was there on the second morning. In London I would have expected that a hotel could have found an extractor system fixer in 24 hours which makes me think this statement was not totally honest. I would use the hotel again but not expect anything special

"Adequate"
The hoitel was pleasant, most staff were civil, although the check in staff were the least freindly and helpful. Our room was in the basement and was clean and well kept?that said it did feel like we were in the basement with stark white walls and functional decor. Realy disappointed that a full English breakfast (costing 10 pounds) consisted of bread rolls, ham, cheese and coffee. If the hotel wasn`t in London it would be considered overpriced.
