"There were adverts for meal deals everywhere in the Hotel apart from the Restaurant"
The Monday night when we ordered two meals and drinks in the Restaurant we paid anything but the price we could see on the Hotels meal deal advertisements and when we questioned the price we were told we should of said something before ordering but nowhere on the adverts for the deals was this prompt, We asked to see the restaurant manager who gave us two free drinks but still paid full price for our evening meals a big disappointment ,

"Pleasant stay"
Nice standard room, comfortable bed etc. Very close to city centre, 10 minutes walk to New Street station which is at the far side of the city centre from the hotel so everything well within walking distance.

"Nice central hotel near facilities and shops."
only issue was car parking, would have parked in car park opposite as hotel underground parking was full. We parked in space outside hotel until 18:00 which cost £4:20 which we could have saved if we were told on arrival to park over the road in the 24 hour park on arrival, we did move there at 18:00.

"Excellent hotel, service and food but view wasnt great"
Superb hotel. Much better than I was expecting for the money. Booked a twin room and it was a good size with sofa etc. We were late up in the morning so technically should have missed breakfast but the hotel was kind enough to knock up a full english for us. Prob the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had. The only reason I am not awarding 5 stars is that the view wasnt great but hey you cant really blame the hotel for that.
