Getting there:FROM BELFAST CITY AIRPORT: A Shuttle bus service operates from 5.45am to Midnight departs 10 past and 20 to the hour.  Bus stops outside Hotel. Cost £2.00 per person.
BY TRAIN: From the station walk through the Great Northern Mall and the hotel is beside the station on the left.
BY CAR: From the ferry port follow the Westlink and exit onto Grosvenor Road.  At the 1st junction turn right. Take the first left onto Glengall Str.  This leads to the side of the hotel on the left.

"Glass doors to ensuite not a good idea!"
When we arrived our room smelt of cigarette smoke.  The first contact at reception told us rest of hotel was booked up. When we rang down again the front of house manager was able to move us down the hall to another room. The double rooms are very small and the glass door into the ensuite which doesn`t close fully is not suitable for a double room and leaves nothing to the imagination. 

We`ve stayed in lower starred hotels in Belfast that had far superior rooms for a fraction of the price.  Not what I expected from a four star hotel.  Won`t be back.

One of the best locations in Belfast. everything you need for a great stay is within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Only regret is that the residents bar didn`t stay open late nor was there any night concierge to serve drinks to the room.

The hotel is beautiful, excellent food and resonanle parking fee for 24hrs. Really comfy beds. Very disappointed that you had to pay for wifi usage .

"Great service and lovely people"
My wife and I stayed in the Europa Hotel on the 6th and 7th of February. As well as being ideally located I was struck by the friendliness of the staff. Without exception they couldn`t have been more helpful. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, it was so good we didn`t need to eat lunch! 

We`d have no hesitation staying there again.
