"Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a great location."
My partner and I stayed for a long weekend in January 2024. We had a great time! The room was very clean and well decorated. The staff were always friendly and obliging and the breakfast`s delicious in a relaxed and nicely appointed restaurant. The location couldn`t be better, just a few yards from the hustle and bustle of Mathew Street, and a short walk to the Albert Dock with all its museums, galleries and the ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely break in a wonderful city.

"Prime location & nice hotel "
Just stayed at hard days night hotel for 4 nights. Rooms were really nice & clean, staff pleasant & helpful. The hotel is literally next to Mathew street, there are several themed Beatles pubs/ clubs there & many other bars right on the doorstep. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was ok, not the best but plenty of choice. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant & this was very filling to the point we couldn`t manage a dessert.

"Beautiful hotel good location "
Room 105, corner of hotel very noisy of an evening and you can hear the underground train, rattling beneath you. If you need a quiet room request an internal room. Room very spacious and exceptionally clean. Will definitely be back.

"Overpriced"
Room was really quite small for something considered as deluxe. Requested early breakfast both at the time of booking and on check in. However when I went to eat at 07:00 I was told by reception that there was no early breakfast and it would only be possible to eat at 08:00. So I hung around for an hour and threw some scrambled egg inside me. As I was running the marathon eating at the right time was important. As such, for the first 4 miles I had terrible indigestion and billiousness. It also affected my pace by about a minute a mile. I felt unwell. Positive. The reception ladies were very helpful. For over £200 it was a very expensive and overpriced hotel room with not great service.
