"Over priced"
The room was tired with stains on the carpet and peeling wall paper in the bathroom. For the price paid the facilities were extremely limited. There was not even a kettle or Iron available in the room, these came at additional cost as well as the newspaper. The staff, whilst not all, were not overly helpful. When checking out, my girlfriend was in mid-conversation with the receptionist when he chose to answer the phone. Assuming that all was well she began to leave, only to be told called back and informed that the newspapers were not free. Considering the price is close to that of the Four Seasons and it is supposedly a 4 star hotel, this was not what I was expecting.

People at the reception desk were very unfriendly and arrogant. Maybe because I didnt appear to be a member of the upper class. Very disapointing.

Comfortable hotel. Shame they feel the nned to charge guests ?10 to park & then to make it worse the barrier was open when we left. Bit petty that we couldn`t go in for breakfast at 3 minutes to 7 because the restaurant doesn`t open until 7 !
