Getting there: ON FOOT From Central Newcastle Train Station the hotel is a 4 minute walk, turn left our of station and keep left through the plaza of the Centre for Life, the hotel is directly opposite. 

BY CAR  Travel along the A1 follow signs to city centre, turn left on to Scotswood Road, the hotel is on the left.

Best hotel stay , very central , first class Breakfast , great for seeing gigs /shows at Metro Arena or shopping , shower was bliss ......Will Definitely be back .  Reasonable price

This was our second stay at this hotel and I must say I would recommend it to anyone.  The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is excellent.  Will definitely be returning.

Hotel room and service good however the arrangements for car parking were unexpected, expensive and poor.A map was issued at reception to a very small, poorly lit facility, a couple of streets away

"Excellent location for Newcastle Arena"
We stayed here purely for the location being close to Newcastle Arena for a Madness concert. Lady on reception was pleasant, however the room was close to the lift area and we were woken constantly during the night with people returning to their rooms especially one chap threatening to break down the door, swearing and shouting abuse to his partner about 3am in the morning.
Breakfast however was spot on, we had to leave early so we were down early and there was plenty of tables free, staff again pleasant in the restaurant and buffet style breakfast was hot and well stocked. Would stay here again but away from the lift area !

"Great hotel in an excellent location, especially"
Overall our stay was excellent. Hotel was great, clean bright rooms, staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel had a good atmosphere. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I`ve had, plenty of choice and well presented. Would and have recommended this hotel to friends and family.
