Family room was spacious and recently refurbisbed. The only issue we had was the mattress on the double bed was too hard, it was like sleeping on concrete.

"So far from tram"
It`s not 10 minutes for walk from Redcow tram station (about 20-30 minutes). Poor Wifi signal in room. Good room and reception. Near supermarket.

"No clear diversion sign to hotel, couldn`t walk to Lucas because of road works, "
Hotel very noisy slamming of doors by work staff & guest, delivery men for hotel were noisier than work men doing road works, no safe in room, we had a Irish coffee in bar which it was served to us like we were having a pint some of contents running down side of glass nothing special about Bewleys coffee as advertised, we could hear the band playing in our room from bar we went to bed early as we had to catch ferry early in the morning, Yours sincerely Mary Cullen

"Room like a sauna, thumping sound every couple of hours coming from attic area"
If you choose to stay here do not stay on the 4th floor- for some reason there is a thumping noise that starts up every couple of hours day or night-souods like a boiler from the attic area. Room is extremly warm even leaving the window open will not air out the room. Was under the impression that the Luas was only 10-15 mins walk, asked the reciptionist to confirm the distace , said it was 15 mins walk- minium 30 mins hads to carry my 3 year old the whole way. Not very clearly marked with signs, maybe due to roadworks. Over all not great for Bewleys.
