Due to some building works at front of hotel check in was very busy and we had to queue for a while. Rooms had everything we needed and beds very comfortable. Went down to restaurant for breakfast and was told they were busy and give us a voucher for the Restaurant Latino upstairs. Poor service by waiting staff. Were told we could sit at the bar for breakfast and we said no thank you so waited for a table! We had to make our own toast, coffee, was lukewarm, no cutlery on table and no fried eggs at the buffet. Not what we expected for the price paid. Will not choose to stay here again unfortunately.

"Good location"
Close to the main train line but couldn`t hear it in the night. Had a problem with the electrics in the room when using the iron which caused the power to go out but was fixed before we returned for the night. Breakfast over priced, would expect loose tea and fresh fruit rather than tinned fruit

"Top spot ! "
Smart hotel, really clean, well located near Westminster . We extended our stay . Thanks Amanda on reception, getting one of our rooms changed (it was booked while we asked to stay the extra night) Hotels direct theatre breaks provide a great service. Cheaper than booking both hotel and theatre separately. When we decided to extend our stay they got us a cheaper rate than we found on the net. So easy as well we phoned the number on our confirmation e-mail and the really helpful lady sorted it out within a couple of mins. All round fab service . I will use them again
