Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the guest house and there is a beautiful drawing room and study for residents` use. An extensive breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room and although there is no restaurant onsite there are plenty of dining options within an easy walk. Getting there:BY CAR: Drive towards Ballsbridge and through the next junction. Take a right at the junction by Ballsbridge Hotel / D4 and move to the right lane. Take a right after the petrol station on the RHS,  You will see Pembroke Townhouse on the LHS - press the bell to enter. BY DART: Walking from Landsdowne Dart station take a left outside the station towards Ballsbridge. Walk through the next junction and the following junction (veering right) -  you will see Pembroke Townhouse with large lanterns each side on the RHS.

Very friendly service, breakfast is nice and hotel is quiet and relaxing 15 mins from town centre and 5 mins from Aviva Stadium. Quality service as ever

"Want to stay in a friendly hotel"
On the 1st July we stayed in the Pembroke Townhouse we were very surprised at the high quality of this hotel.  The staff are very friendly the hotel is very clean and easy to get to and the price is surprisingly cheap.

"Coffee and TV."
Hotel generally ok (I stay fairly frequently because the hotel keeps a smoking room). However I am always annoyed by two things. 1) The tiny size of the TV (in room 106). Like something from 1956 and so high on the wall I can barely see it. 2) The MOST annoying thing is the lack of kettles (coffee) in the room. Yes yes, I KNOW there`s complimentary coffee in reception, but that`s no use if I wake in the night or just don`t fancy getting dressed to get a coffee. I recently stayed in a guest house nr Limerick, in the middle of nowhere - even they had kettles in the room. I have never once had a satisfactory response to the question "Why no kettles in the rooms?" This could be the only hotel in Britain or Ireland without this facility.

"Lovely stay"
Very comfortable, everything we needed provided, pleasant view from our window, lovely décor and furnishings. Staff were very helpful and genuine, everything clean and also homely. We were originally given a room adjacent to the two smoking rooms but when we asked to have a different one we were quickly moved. We had not been told we were next to the smoking rooms which I think was an oversight - it would have been less pleasant to wake in the morning to a room full of smoke coming in from next door - so probably it would be good to make sure when you book. The room we were moved to did not smell of smoke at all even in the corridor, and in every other way this is the nicest hotel experience I have had. Breakfast was very good with free range eggs and very good coffee.
