These stylish modern apartments overlooking a picturesque sandy beach are part of a small complex of 12 units, newly built in 2009. They are designed with an open plan living and dining area featuring a widescreen TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, central heating and a contemporary kitchen fully equipped with an electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. The adjacent balcony/patio allows you to relax in the sunshine. The 2-3 bedroomed apartments , sleeping 4-6 adults respectively, have comfortable double or twin beds with en-suite bathrooms. The apartments are perfect for families and dog-owners as they also offer pet friendly accommodation (there may be a charge for pets). All guests of the Porth Beach House are welcome to enjoy the hotel amenities at the Porth Veor Manor just 200 yards away, including the outdoor heated pool (Open only Apr-Oct), bar, restaurant and laundry facilities.

The Porth Beach House enjoys a simply unbeatable location with a golden sandy cove on its doorstep. Nearby cafes and the locally renowned Beaucliff Restaurant at the Porth Veor Manor offer great dining options. Only one mile away from Newquay town centre, the apartment`s provide an ideal base from which to explore the towns famous nightlife and picturesque beaches. A short drive will take you to the magnificent surfing waves of Watergate Bay, home to the Extreme Water Sports Academy and Jamie Oliver`s Fifteen restaurant. Several of Cornwall`s main attractions are also within easy reach of the Porth Beach House, such as the Eden Project which is a 30 minute drive away and Padstow which is approximately 20 minutes away.

Getting there:
BY CAR. From the A30. Take the A392 signed Newquay. Proceed about 4 miles and at Quintrell Downs take the right hand turn to Newquay and Porth (A3058). Proceed for about 3 miles and at the mini-roundabout turn right to Porth on the B3276. Porth Veor Manor is half a mile on the left, after checking in here go back to the main road and turn left, take the next left onto Beach Road. The Beach House is the second complex opposite the beach.
