All of the villas and apartments at the Porth Veor feature televisions with a DVD player as well as a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports. They also have a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer as well as crockery and cutlery. The villas and apartments also benefit from free onsite parking for one vehicle and free Wi-Fi internet access. Guests have access to all the facilities of the main hotel which include an outdoor heated pool (Open April to October), fine dining in the Beaucliffes Restaurant and the fully licensed bar and lounge.
Hotel and location:
Porth Veor Villas and Apartments are a small development of eight Villas and four Apartments situated in the grounds of the Porth Veor Manor hotel. This allows guests full access to the hotels facilities such as the swimming pool, bar and restaurant. With Porth Beach just a five minute walk from the hotel guests can enjoy a quintessentially British seaside holiday. Newquay town centre is only a 45 minute walk away meaning guests are spoilt for choice with fantastic beaches such as Towan, Tolcarne and the famous surfing beach at Fistral. As well as Newquay Zoo, there are a wide range of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in the surrounding area. Guests looking to explore further afield have so many choices that one visit may not be enough. The world famous Eden Project with its Bio-Domes is an hour`s drive from the hotel, as is the fishing town of St Ives.

Getting there:
BY TRAIN: The nearest station is Newquay station which is one and a half miles from Porth and a taxi will cost around £5.
BY PLANE: the nearest airport is Newquay Airport which is four miles from Porth and a taxi will cost approximately £12 if pre booked in advance.
BY CAR: Exit the A30 at Indian Queens and take the A39 and follow towards Newquay after one and a half miles this becomes the A392. At Quintrell Downs take the 3rd exit from the roundabout and follow the A3058 into Newquay, at the double roundabout take the 2nd exit off the first roundabout and follow Porth Way (B3276). Take the 2nd Right and then the 1st left and the hotel is ahead after 50 yards.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Up to 28 days prior to arrival guest will lose the deposit, more than 15 days prior to arrival guests will be liable for 50% of the total cost, if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival guests will be liable for the full cost of the stay.
