"Need the earplugs but not bad for the price."
Room on the first floor, noise from beer garden not too bad but queue right under my window was. Overall not too bad- it`s a budget hotel after all. Could make sure breakfast actually ready at 7 as advertised.

"Grubby, noisy, risky"
We were offered room 26 which had a sewer smell, opened the window wide which was dangerously close to the bed. No safety feature. The beds themselves were stained so badly they looked like they`d been rescued from a skip. Having said that the receptionist was understanding and managed to move us to room 40. Sheets impeccably clean but rooms and bathrooms old and grubby. Noise from nightclub but earplugs are provided

"Night clubbing"
No were was the mention of the basement night club mentioned that went on till 4am every morning with gangs outside making an awful row. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep because you can`t as the bassvtravels upto all floors

"Endless noise"
I cannot fault the eagerness of the staff to please, and an above average breakfast. It all ends there though. Issues with room decor, shabby! non-functioning shower doors. What undoes any good the staff do is the endless Ayia Napa music from the hotel bar and next door. 4am is not a good night`s sleep.

"absolut ok Preis- Leistungsverhältnis"
Wir belegten 2 Zimmer. Hervorragende, bequeme Betten. Lärm ist da, aber es gibt Ohrenstöpsel und wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lokation perfekt.

"Russel Court is an an average hotel"
Russel Court hotel is close to the Dublin city and easy to access any area. However, the service needs a massive improvement especially the waitresses. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Both days the breakfast was not what I expected. Very small variety of food and not fresh. The only thing I found fresh was the croissants. At the same time the service was very poor. Especially on the second day I felt really uncomfortable when I went to have breakfast as it was not ready at 7am as was planned and I was completely ignored when sat on the table and waited for assistance. The hotel club is nice and massive.

"-"
Loud outside noise, wifi not reliable at all, waitress had attitude, reception was REALLY GOOD, fire alarm randomly went off at 3:05 am, some idiot dragging a keg in the morning to refill the bar.

"PARKING PROBLEMS"
you need to sort the parking issues out., and make customers aware of the car park arrangements if they are driving in. Breakfast staff don`t pick up empty plates from tables fast enough...they need to be more attentive. One tried to force the eggs which had been ordered onto my partner before she had finished eating her cereal. Staff need to be trained? Ear plugs supplied a first Otherwise all ok
