Getting there:
BY TRAIN: From any main line London railway station, take the Underground to Marble Arch, which is served by the Central Line. Exit Marble Arch station on the north side of Oxford Street (Exit 1). Turn right towards Marble Arch and take the first right (almost immediately adjacent to Marble Arch underground station) into Great Cumberland Place and you will reach the hotel.
BY CAR: From M4 continue onto Great West Road/A4. At the Hogarth Roundabout exit onto Great West Road, Chiswick/A4 and continue to follow A4 for approximately 4.5 miles. Continue on Knightsbridge and after 0.2 miles onto Piccadilly. Turn left onto Park Ln/A4202 and then after 0.8 miles make a slight left onto Cumberland Gate. Cumberland Gate turns right and becomes Bayswater Rd. Continue onto Marble Arch and then turn left onto Great Cumberland Place and you will see the hotel.

"Very tourist orientated"
Could not have room until 1500 although we checked in at 1200hrs Because we were going out left our luggage returned at 2345hrs still no room allocation Computer / reception very slow eventually went to our room 1225!! Breakfast goood if you like cookhouse style of service!!

"Not the best"
We had booked two rooms , a double and a twin . When we entered the twin this was also a double. Totally unsuitable for two eighty + year old women .Eventually housekeeping came and separated the beds . Service in the bar was awful.
