"Beautiful hotel"
Loved my stay here. Would definately go back again. Rooms were immaculate, comfortable and stylish. The staff were all friendly from reception, to bar, to breakfast room. The breakfast was very good also, plenty to choose from. 10 out of 10.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Thistle as usual. Have stayed here many times as it is comfortable and convenient to the city center. This time our stay was even better as we were surprised by a complimentary upgrade .

We asked for a double room and they had booked us into twin room however the receptionist was very good and upgraded us to a kingsized room. Staff very helpful, hotel a good central base for visiting sites of Glasgow as close to subway. Would go back to this hotel again if we visit Glasgow again.

"Good situation in city centre with parking nearby"
Nice enough hotel and room comfortable but they let themselves badly with very restricted complimentary mini bar eg cheeseboard was pathetically small - same story in our kids room too C`mon indigo if you`re going to charge £170 per night at least make the effort in the complimentary food and drinks you stock in the room Otherwise ok

"great 1st visit to Glasgow"
we picked this hotel because we wanted somewhere close to the city centre, with free WiFi & a pool, & this was the best deal to meet our criteria. The location really couldn`t have been better; the staff were polite, friendly & welcoming; the room was very pleasant, with everything we needed; the pool was a little chilly, but we still enjoyed 2 swims; we had a lovely meal in the restaurant, & a good night`s sleep. Would definitely recommend it, & will stay there again if we return to Glasgow

"5.45am early morning call did not happen, almost missed our flight"
Only one towel in a twin bedded room, had to call reception. This all happened early morning.Staff were pleasant but the reality is that our stay was spoiled.Clearly hotel has management issues.

"I think the rooms could do with a good clean."
I upgraded my room due to my first one having the most horrid bathroom and the bathroom having the most horrid green mould. The new refurbished room whilst 100% better the bathroom floor was again filthy. Evening meal was very nice breakfast was not so.
Beautiful hotel
