We had a fantastic stay at the Grovsenor Hotel in Victoria. The rooms were nicely decorated the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. We ate in the brasserie on saturday evening, the food and the service were very good. Breakfast the next day didn`t dissapoint ,plenty of choice, good quality ingredients and a great way to start the day. Perfect location, we had three rooms for our family of six. We all had a great time no complaints would go back again.

"Truly excellent hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff."
But the breakfast was cold even when fresh food was brought out it was not close to being hot. This is so sad because the hotel cannot be faulted in any other way.

"Impressive interior and excellent staff"
The hotel was fine with just a few minor comments, I stayed in a standard twin room and parts of the bathroom were a little dirty, The room furniture also looked a bit worn at the edges. Overall I had a good stay along with my 3 grandchildren but for the price I would have expected a spotless bathroom.

poor servive at 1st night dinner meant we cancelled the dinner, we eat at the hotel on the2nd evening and all was fine. we made a formal complant but not offered any reconpense, lovely hotel and one I hope to stay at again

"Such a beautiful looking hotel."
The Grosvenor Hotel is very conveniently situated right next to Victoria bus station, the hotel has had a massive refurbishment and everything is shiny and new, the staff are attentive and helpful, however, our twin standard room was very small and not very warm, breakfast was plentiful but almost cold. Having said this we would go to this hotel again, good value for money including our show tickets, lovely weekend. Love London.

"Everything we wanted"
We arrived in London early. Asked if the room was ready. It was. The room was clean, comfortable, beds that good I slept all night. Service in the bar was good but a bit expensive. Hotel staff helpful when we asked for direction s to Regent St and Oxford St shopping areas. We wanted to walk and we were given good instructions. We will use the Grosvenor Hotel again.

I didn`t like the `optional` 13.5% service charge in the Chinese Restaurant and Cocktail Bar that gets quietly added to your bill automatically.

"Luxury at a bargain price"
Excellent stay. Lovely big, clean & comfy room in a great location. Tasty breakfast served in the Brasserie and yummy cocktails in the bar after the theater. A great birthday treat. Will book again.

Just 3 minutes walk from the theatre. Absolutely lovely hotel with good service and perfectly located for Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Downing St and the London Eye - all within walking distance

amazing hotel, 5 min walk from victoria bus and train station. room was very clean and tidy. breakfast was fab, they had everything you could think of on the menu. check in was at 3pm but arrived very early off the sleeper bus and was allowed entry to our roon at 7am. this was great as we could have a shower and get changed before we had a look around london. buckingham palace is about a ten min walk from hotel.will definitely be staying here again, staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Practical location, reasonable sized, clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom though the shower was slightly funny. The breakfast was included, I was very pleased with it. They even cooked me vegetarian sausages on request. The staff were faultless and very polite. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We booked this as a `hidden gem` to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and were very happy with our hotel. The whole experience was excellent. The hotel even upgraded our room and sent us a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate. Well done the Grosvenor hotel. We`ll certainly be booking a hidden gem again.

The corridors and the lifts in the hotel were incredibly cold! As you entered the lift you were met with an icy blast! apart from that the hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and obliging.

Several small points made clear at hotel: bathroom needed attention on three counts; brasserie soup cold twice running. These werre attended two promptly. We would certainly stay again.

Took my chances and booked this hidden gem. I couldn`t fault it. Very clean and modernly furnished room. Lovely bathroom well stocked with towels and a very powerful shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and had everything you`d expect and more. Location was perfect with lots of London`s major attractions within walking distance. The hotel has a direct ci course to Victoria Station enabling you to link up with the tubes buses and trains. Book it you won`t be disappointed.

I booked a twin room as a spur of the moment Birthday treat for my daughter and i in order to turn a days shopping into a weekend.We will definitely return the hotel was wonderful,room had all we required beds super comfy and a wonderful shower for after a long day in london.Breakfast was superb and set us up for the following day and to have that included in the price made it even better.

Very clean and mainly comfortable hotel. Hotel staff efficient and polite. Concierge service very good. The pillows were a bit of a let down and the bed kept moving due to a light base. I would stay again.

the only disappionting thing about our stay was the room was very small with little or no hanging space and nowhere to store the empty suitcases of all the hotels booked through yourselfs this has been our most disappionting
