Room was clean and modern. We paid £80 through hidden gems . I Would price it at that any way. Our room was far away from reception but not a problem for us but could be if you had mobility problems. Very quiet location.lovely view .decided not to eat in bar or restaurant as too expensive but breakfast good value and really tasty. Staff really friendly and helpful . I would come again but would love to stay at the white xxxxx!

"This is very much a CORPORATE Hotel set in beautiful grounds."
The room was of a good standard and very clean ... but as I say in my headline it is a Corporate Hotel and Conference Centre. The staff were very professional and welcoming. What disappointed me was during our stay (Friday night until Sunday) there were major events on both nights. This meant that the main restaurant and bar was out of service for us `normal` clients - which only left the Tempus Bar for us to eat and drink in. I would have appreciated knowing about this in advance of our visit No room service either! In my view this is a very nice 3* hotel - perhaps the White xxxxx and Main xxxxx receive different service but I would not rate it as (or in excess of ) a 4* hotel. The pool and changing rooms are looking tired and would benefit from refurbishment. We were blessed with fantastic weather which meant we could take advantage of the grounds ... I would have been majorly disappointed had this not been the case. A beautiful area but overall I was a tad disappointed.

Hi , the room was very nice , well cleaned , the tea at breakfast was stewed or luke warm , breakfast plates were cold , and juice glasses were warm , the grounds seemed to be overgrown , lots of rubbish around , would go back again , these are just my observations p.s the food was very good . This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the beautiful reception area to the restaurant and on to the rooms themselves it was a joy. To top it all the staff were marvelous could not fault them. I dont know what the WOW factor is, but this hotel has got it.

"Large hotel in very convenient location"
Staff really helpful and friendly. Very large swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was en-suite bathroom which was definitely overdue a refurbishment. As rooms are a long way from reception, go to reception first then move the car before unloading.

We found the room rather warm. I couldn`t connect to we - fi even tho my room mate could - frustrating. Hotel very large and pleasant - food good - facilities good - would recommend it to friends/business associates, pretty location.

The setting is beautiful. The staff are friendly and very professional. I stayed in a double room and found it was quite small but it was cosy. The heating was not on but didnt complain as I was only staying overnight. The bathroom was consistently warm, clean and fully functioning. The only real downside was the bed. It felt quite cheap and small for a double, otherwise the duvet cover did keep us warm. I didnt realise until the day I left that there dirty bed sheets under the bedide table which the cleaner obviously forgot to take. The breakfast wasn`t the best I had. Most of the food was cold and overdone. The tea was luke warm so ended up with fruit salad, cant go wrong really. The location is ideal as you are secluded but at the same time you are not far from local pubs or restaurants which was good to discover as the restaurant prices were too high for my liking. All in all an ok experience.

Very large hotel, some rooms have been refurbished and are lovely, other haven`t and are not. We were allocated an unrefurbished room which was disapointing for the money we paid but the reception desk were very helpful and allocated us a new room. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful with several lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views. All in all an enjoyable stay but ask for a refurbished room when booking.

We walked a long way to our room from reception. The room was good. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good but we were absolutely frozen so it was an unpleasant experience.

Beautiful grounds, the Old School building is lovely. Our room was fresh & clean & staff were helpful. Were disappointed the resturant wasn`t open & despite checking online beforehand, this was not advertised to our knowledge.

"size of beds "
although the hotel was an excelant hotel ,the size of the bed in the room we had was not even a double bed size its a very good job that neither my husband or myself are above average weight or height or we would have had some problems,as it was athough it was very comforable we did find it a bit too close for the both of us as we a use to a king size bed a home ,apart from that the room and all other areas of this hotel were excelent ......

Very friendly staff. Rooms clean and lovely big fluffy towels. Friends rooms showers did not work, and showers in swimming pool also lacked hot water. Lacks attention to detail. Restaurant facilities expensive. Would however stay again, due to close proximity to Windsor.

The acres of land the hotel is situated in was absolutely amazing and ideal as we were celebrating our honeymoon! However when we arrived we were told we were receiving an upgraded room, I`m yet to see your other rooms but in my opinion I felt like I hadn`t been upgraded at all. I couldn`t fault the service or the plot of land it was on but for me the room could have been a lot better. I didn`t leave disappointed but didn`t leave feeling I wanted to return. I saw some of your pictures online of your suites and I don`t believe I had been upgraded. Thankyou for the lovely situation was a real pleasure

The hotel is set in lovely surroundings which always makes a good first impression. The staff couldn`t do enough for me during my stay. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

really nice hotel, good facilities, excellent location. Only criticism would be the price of drinks in hotel bar, particularly the wine, which at £7.25 a glass was extortionate for a pinot grigio. Would definately stay again. Local Harvester pub/restaurant good value for money and within walking distance.

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The place was immaculate."
The stay was peaceful and so relaxing. The pool was so enjoyable first thing in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and when asked the staff were polite and prompt in actioning requests.

"Fabulous family hotel"
Excellent stay. 2nd visist to hotel and just as good even though swimming pool happened to be out of action for the 2 days we were there. staff were very helpful and polite, rooms clean and well equipped and food was excellent. Will probably find a reason to visit next year too!

The bed was shabby and in poor condition and the mattress springs made a creaking sound suggesting the bed ought to be renewed. The layout of the hotel meant a lot of walking. The bars and resturaunts were pricey. The food was fairly good
