Very helpful staff,lovely and clean,a bit noisy though people arguing along our level and some kind of alarm went off in early hours after only being asleep for a couple of hours then we couldn`t get back off to sleep,may consider staying again ....

"Clean, comfortable"

Helpful reception staff, good shower, comfy bed, clear directions to find it on the website. Good value for money in terms of the room, breakfast buffet ok, but expensive. Need to pay for parking, but rate was fair.

The room for my overnight stay before an early departure the next morning was acceptable. My only issue and appears to be a problem with most hotels is that the doors into the rooms have no mechanism when they close that does not close with a loud bang. I always hold my door until it is closed quietly, but other hotel guests appear to just let the door go and when you are in bed early, the constant loud closing of doors gave me a very bad nights sleep. Perhaps instructions can be shown on the doors to request respect for other hotel users and be considerate when closing the doors.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated the efficient transportation from the station to the hotel and to the airport the following morning. What we felt let the hotel down was the standard of both the service and the food in the restaurant in the evening. The meal was overpriced for what it was: average pub food.

a great hotel with reception staff very friendly and cheerful.no request was to much for them.they made my stay in manchester fantastic with directions needed for everywhere i had to go.the food in the bar was excellant and also great value for money.the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard.i will stay in this hotel anytime again.

"The barman who served me needs to be told that it costs nothing to be pleasant and civil."

On Sunday evening my husband inadvertantly left his jacket [containing his passport!] in the bar. We didn`t discover this until Monday morning by which time jacket and passport had gone. Your staff couldn`t have been more helpful, particularly inscanning the cctv footage for the evening before, unfortunately to no avail. More by luck than judgement [and a story too long to tell here] we discovered that another guest had taken the jacket to their room. All of the staff concerned, and in particular the driver of the shuttle bus, couldn`t have been more helpful. Thankfully we got off on holiday on time, albeit a bit stressed. Please pass on our thanks to your staff.

"Convenient, efficient and friendly service"

Very handy for the airport, combined parking and room prioes represent good value and the transfer to and from the airport was fast and simple with very helpful drivers. Difficult to fault at this price point.

Excellent transfers from the airport, friendly, helpful reception staff and generally a good feeling in the hotel. I found the only downside was that the ladies cleaning the rooms spoke very little English when I asked them a question. Lots of really nice features in the hotel, one particularly good for me was that I could weigh my case! I would certainly book into the hotel again next time I visit the UK.

Room tidy, clean and comfortable. Ideal location adjacent to Manchester airport. Sole adverse comment relates to price increase for night of Manchester derby. Surely the management could avoid stooping to such depths.

Room was clean and OK. We asked for more pillows and towels but did not receive any, so not very comfortable.No fridge to chill water/drinks.

Hotel was good overall with high standard of comfort in bedrooms. We paid extra for a cooked breakfast which was stone cold and we couldn`t eat it. We complained to the restaurant staff who simply shrugged his shoulders and walked away - highly unproffesional

Location of Bewleys Hotel on Google Earth is actually a petrol station!!!!! Apart from that, our experience was very pleasant and service very efficient.

Extremely handy for the airport terminals especially with the free shuttle bus. The only downside was the bar menu seems to have fewer options than previous stays which leaves the restaurant as the dining option. Otherwise excellent

CHECK IN WAS PLEASANT AND SWIFT. WE HAD AN EVENING MEAL THERE - QUITE SATISFACTORY, NOTHING BRILLIANT. AND BREAKFAST WAS SERVED IN THE ROOM SPOT ON THE TIME REQUESTED.

"FREEZING ROOM"

the heating didnt work, it was freezing cold. At midnight was brought a fan heater which was noisy. not very impressed !
