Nice clean and comfortable room. Problem with heater first night but was quickly dealt with by staff. ~Breakfast one morning - not good.

"central hotel with good service"

Stayed here in a triple room for one night. Beds were 1 double and a camp bed. A bit cramped, but for the price and the fact that we were only in the room to sleep it was realy good value. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast good.

Good central hotel, just round the corner from Premark. Room was clean and tidy, only fault there was no bin and room and was very warm even with the air-conditioning on.

"Rainy Belfast"

Arrived in Belfast at 10am In torrential rain. Headed to the hotel to at least get rid of our cases and were delighted to be allocated a room straight away where we could dry off and have a warm drink. The room was very clean and exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel. We found the staff very helpful. For convenience we had breakfast in the hotel both days. I would recommend going out for breakfast if you can as there was very little choice and an unpredictable toaster! I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cheap central hotel in Belfast.

"great stay!"

Loved our stay in ibis belfast, we normally would plan a stay to belfast once a month and head out for a girly nit out. Ibis was very central to pubs and shops, would def recomend it and would stay again anytime we search online to stay its always quite expensive but this stay was within our budget just wish we could get this rate every month

Central location, large room, comfy bed. Room was too hot and the air con did nothing to cool it down. Didnt have breakfast as other reviews werent favourable so went to `City Picnic`, just 2 mins walk down Castle Street, very reasonable and good service/quality.

reasonable accommodation for a budget hotel and represented value for money. the room was clean and comfortable. the part of the city that the hotel is based in is not the most `exclusive` part but it was o.k

"Excellent Hotel"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was very clean and all the staff were very approachable and helpful. It is in an excellent location, close to the bus station, shops and the Odyssey Arena which is why we were in Belfast. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you very much Ibis.

"Great stay at the Belfast Ibis"

We had a great stay at the Belfast Ibis, room was cleaned and towels changed daily, air con in the room was very useful, big shower with room for two. Bar was friendly and reception very helpful with directions, also with minding our luggage before departure. All in all a great hotel with a great location.

Great stay and good value for money slap bang in the city centre. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were always friendly and helpful. No complaints at all, just praise and will go back again and also recommend it as an ideal city hotel.

Hotel in great location close to all the main shops. Hotel was clean and staff friendly, was a small smell from the drains but just kept bathroom door closed and it was fine. Room was brilliant and bed was comfortable. Also went to the hotel at 9am the morning of check in to see if we could leave our bags there as we werent due to check in until 2pm but they checked us in there and then so worth a shot if ur in belfast early. Would reccommend this hotel.

"we wer welcomed at the ibis by the receptionist carolanne, she was a great help."

the room was bigger than i expected and clean, i think the shower pod was ok but could see dirt in the seams around the bottom. ( i used tissues to do this myself, and it came off ) another point is if you are using the toilet at night and in the dark watch out for the step. both of us tripped over it. but overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back

"very good value for one night stay"

Booked for one nights stay for the bike show. Arrive at 2.30pm left our bags in and realized the room we were given had a disabled bathroom .When we came back froom the show we spoke to the assistant manageress Claire she was very helpful and changed our room without hesitation as i felt a little uncomfortable with the room our stay was very satisfactory. Thanks Claire.

my only concern was i booked a triple room thinking that it would be three single beds but found a double and a camp bed. Hotel lovely and clean and staff very friendly. Location ideal for city centre.

"Good Clean Hotel"

My partner and I stayed here the Sat before xmas. The hotel was basic but thats what we were looking - we only stayed one night, we were hardly in the hotel, just really somewhere to lay our heads. We wanted somewhere clean, tidy, good location and cheap - this hotel fitted the bill. Nothing bad about the room, you got what you paid for - the bathroom (or shower room) reminded me of a mobile home shower room small and compacted, all be it the shower was a good size. If you were looking somewhere to lay your head, this is the hotel. I probably wouldn`t stay here if I was looking a bit more luxury, but in saying that I would defo stay again for a overnight stay - Good Hotel for the price.Barry, Lurgan

"Ibis Hotel belfast ..... great value for money !"

found the hotel to be , clean , comfortable , staff were great! it was warm , plenty hot water rooms were fine for our short stay, fri- mon. it was central for the shopping area , plenty local shops . the first time we stayed in Belfast and we will go back to the Ibis Hotel, got a great rate on our room. would say to antone to try it ..you wont be sorry!! well done Ibis and your lovely staff.

"Very nice stay."

The rooms are very comfortable although I would have liked to have been able to open the room window a bit more and let in some air. The air conditioning in the room was great. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and the location couldn`t be better. Ok it`s not the Ritz but if you`re looking for a nice weekend away for a reasonable price you can`t do much better.

Really good hotel central to shops perfect for one or two night stay. this was 2nd time using hotel and will continue using for or shopping trips.
