"We felt the hotel was comfortable but lacked facilities we would have expected in a four star hotel"
The staff were polite and helpful and the room comfortable but on the small side for a luxury hotel. We would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms for early morning refreshment and for the lounge bar to have been available throughout the day for the provision of refreshments as opposed to being told that we had to go up to the sixth floor restaurant which did not provide the casual comfort of the lounge
