"Well located but accommodation somewhat tired and in need of refurbishment."
The accommodation we had booked was not available on arrival on 18/04/2011, so the Hotel have authorised a reduction of 50% on the rate we were charged. I trust this will be credited to my credit card account by you as soon as possible.
