The overall experience of our visit and the service recieved at The Montcalm throughout our stay was excellent. The only negative experience is very slight and that was despite being an ambient room temperature, the aircom in our room (503) did not effeciently cool the room enough when set at 19 degrees when it got a little stuffy for my guest during the night. The reception staff and Thomas, in the lounge, were very friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay. I would certainly choose to stay at The Montcalm if the opportunity arrise again in the future and would recommend your hotel to friends and relatives should they wish to stay in London.

we booked a family room with a cot which was not ready. We were given a standard room which we had to move half the furniture out of to get the travel cot up. It should state if this is the case as a family room gives a misleading idea of size of the room which was cramped
