"Value for Money 2 Bedroomed Apartment"
We were 3 adults staying at the Fountain Court Grove apartments. The bedrooms are small but perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone.

"Just a few problems"
Parking-there is a charge to use there own facility which isn`t on there website so it`s hidden, don`t understand an empty car park in there own facility to be charged after paying for an apartment. Check in times changed from the original 2pm till after 3:45pm which they said they would call me but no one did until I rang them to check if my room was ready

Friendly reception staff. Clean and comforatable appartment. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar provided. Even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet and washing detergent provided. Very impressed.

In a good location, a short walk to the main area`s of Edinburgh.Only complaint, recommend providing small provisions, such as Tea / Coffee etc.

Excellent accommodation and service marred only by the non-functioning bathroom extract fan.Engineering note: the extract fan, when working, will only do so successfully if the door is left ajar. There is no gap under the door for air to enter the bathroom. You should consider removing 10mm from the bottom of the door. This is something your architect/project manager should have spotted.
