"Great apartment shame about blood and ....?"
Hi, on entering apartment we were very happy... But, my partner is very attentive and the following issues were identified - (a) Blood spattered over the balcony decking and on patio doors(b) Body fluids on bed throwThese were immediately brought to the attention of hotel staff at 9.30am Saturday morning. When we returned at 4.30pm nothing had been done. At this my partner was ready to check out, instead she again went to reception and this time 3 ladies turned up to clean blood off patio area and remove bed throws (they were not replaced). From any 4* apartment we thought this totally unacceptable and cannot imagine it being acceptable in any establishment!!We really did not expect this and my partner took photos of the dried up blood stains and the stains on the bed throws, if you want to see the photos we`d be happy to provide them. Overall, a bit shocked never had a combination of blood and body fluids to contend with... David Travis
