"Staff very helpful. Very disabled Friendly."
We booked this hotel as we needed a hotel that would accommodate our disabled friend and Us As carers.The hotel were exceptionally helpful. We had and adjoining room. The disability friendly room is excellent. We could get the chair around and the bathroom was very good . Chair for shower provided . Meals were good and the waiting staff could not do enough for us.. I would stay here again and would recommend it for those travelling with disabilities. We were even allowed to park outside . Ten out of ten. Thank you.

"Cold, Lacks atmosphere , Pricey and Menu Constipation."
Well after travelling the world in many hotels of this rating I offer my comments, the hotel lacks all sense of customer satisfaction and is cold atmospherically. I rather be in an igloo than is this hotel. Food menus are at best offer the local cafe than quality hotel and menu restriction causes it to be banal at best. Though the ain of the hotel is design which it has good quality it is b no good without a heart. Staff operating this hotel feel the same and admit that most do b not stay for long in employment due to it lack of soul. Customer focus lacks to the point you need to shout to find attentive staff this is likely due to lack of personnel. No customer should have to do this. The bedrooms are fair but watch out for the bedding if u want too sleep in a blamange this is the hotel for you.
