Lovely hotel but avoid room 22: window looks out over kitchen roof vent and service yard, toilet is wedged between wall and end of bath, and shower screen does not seal so floor floods when shower is on. However staff were lovely and despite problems I would stay there again. The breakfast is wonderful by the way.

"A small ,very dirty room & urine smelling bathroom.We will never stay there again!!"
Skirting board thick in dust.Window ledge unclean with hairs(not ours).Bathroom smelt of urine.The mattress was torn with stuffing sticking out also uncomfortable the springs were prominent. Very small room.one easy chair,small chip board table disguised with a large table cloth that dragged on the floor which I tripped over, nowhere to put the suit cases (had to step over them). Fluid stains on the wall. Requested an alternative room was told the hotel was full. Had to search for second towels.Very dirty & cramped room hence along with the uncomfortable bed caused a verydisturbed nights sleep.Not the idea of a pre-flight stop over. Letter of complaint is in the post to the hotel company.
