"budget with a big welcoming smile"

This is a budget hotel with a budget price and that is how I`m rating. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, with a good sense of humour. More than this they were informative and always helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had no sea view but we knew we wouldn`t be in the room much during the day/ evening so it wasn`t an issue. Great budget hotel. Perfect location. Keep the pleasant staff and comfy bed and we will always return :)

"Very pleasant hotel for a quick stay"

I booked this last minute, and for the cost wasn`t expecting much, a bed and a shower would of done..have to say very pleasantly surprised. Hugh room with plenty of cupboard space if needed. Full size bath and the added bonus that it didn`t take an age to fill... Was disappointed with being charged to have bags stored until I read in the hotel information that all this money is notated to charity.... Pleasant staff.. Smallish tv`s in room but you aren`t there long enough for it to really matter... A little damp in the bath room.. Pillows VERY soft.. And if you stay Fridays or Saturdays and are at the back of the hotel take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the clubs and bars are right on your doorstep and the windows aren`t double glazed. Not a problem for us it brought back memories of holidays in our youth.Would stay here again. Room was £55 for the night including breakfast in a restaurant that needs to be seen to be believed. Full English available and plentiful..

"The staff at IMO are Betty helpfule. They go out of there eat to make sure you are well looked after"

I would come back to Umi any time would recommend this to all my friends and family. Good room . Well worth every penny.!

"FRIENDLY RELAXED"

FRIENDLY,CONVENIENT ACCOMMODATION SITUATED RIGHT ON THE SEAFRONT. BRILLIANT TO HAVE THE SEA ON THE DOORSTOP! REASONABLY PRICED AND FRIENDLY STAFF WHICH MADE FOR A PLESANT STAY.
