"No bar staff"
Hotel was full to maximum capacity with concert guests staying, but only one barman on duty who also was the waiter!!! Waited upto 20 min for a drink. The young barman tried his best but surely the management should of forseen this and brought more staff in.

We booked the Royal Court Hotel but we were then transferred to the Coventry Hill Hotel..Nearly everybody we spoke to had the same story..A total scam and miss selling. I will never use Hotel direct or Brittania Hotels again
