"A great hotel for a short ski break."
Close to rail station. Helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable, newly refurbished. No bath in new bathroom, lovely powerful shower though. Breakfast in restaurant very relaxing with attentive staff. Good quality food.I enjoyed the Swimming pool with wave machine, I would have liked this to be on more often. Relaxing in the sauna and poolside chair loungers. Jacuzzi out of order and has been for a long time.Ski hire staff very helpful. No hotel bus offered, this would have been helpful to link with local bus to ski slopes. I would return as there are enough things to do when slopes are closed.

Hotel area is very quiet but inside the hotel is beautiful. Kept to a high standard. The bed was amazing, so soft and big. Hotel staff were soo polite and went out of their way to make you feel at home. Definitely would recommend.

"fantastic mid week break in perfect location"
Great service and facilities; all staff very helpful and polite. The only negative is the tiny milk jug that comes with the tea and coffee for breakfast is far too small and does not hold enough milk. A bigger jug for different sizes of tables would be better and save staff having to keep on topping up jigs

Food was of the highest quality, dinner excellent, breakfast amazing. The hotel overall internal decor is looking a bit tired as is the rooms and could do with a freshen up. I added gratuities onto the dinner bill only to find that when checking out they then added VAT onto it which if I had known would have left it in the form of cash. Overall it was still an enjoyable stay
