"Lovely relaxing 3 night break"
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good facilities, large room with sea views, fab breakfast. The hotel was full but never seemed so and very quiet at night. Convenient for strolling into Bournemouth centre and close to bars and restaurants on the outskirts. Would deinitely come back and can highly recommend.

The Carlton was friendly and professional. Staff very helpfull. However, it would be nice if they could add more items on their in-room menu (room service). My wife`s foot was in a cast due to an operation and I have a 4 year old son, therefore it was not easy to get to the dining area and we had to order from a very limited room service menu. Other than that, it was a very nice stay, and we look forward to our next stay the 6th of June. Kind regards, Allan Wright

The original room was very dark, requested an alternative, this was found quickly with no problem. Had one lunch there, that was very enjoyable.
