Fab location and very helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, but had little things which needed attention (such as TV not working properly, light above the bathroom sink not working). Overall though good value for money.

The staff was super friendly and very pro-active and professional. The place had a good atmosphere due to the people.

"Functional and well-located"
Stayed one night in a single room which did at least have a double bed. But it was up on the 4th floor and the lift was broken which wasn`t much fun. And being up in the eaves means it was both tiny (not a place for cat swingers, nor, someone wanting to sit at a desk to get some work done) and too warm, even with radiators off and windows open. This didn`t make for a good night`s sleep. In the morning the breakfast was fairly basic; I didn`t brave the sausages as they looked as though they were made of sawdust, and the scrambled egg had had almost every molecule of moisture extracted from it. Nice enough staff but I won`t be returning.

"Great Central Location"
Great central location and very quiet considering it is right next to Central Station. Room was lovely and clean and fresh. Bathroom needed a bit of attention, cracked tile, new silicon needed round the bath and shower head did not sit on the cradle meaning that when you turned it on it sprayed water all over the room. Minor changes would make a big difference. Parking rate was good as the hotel were able to offer a flat 24hr rate for the NCP that is just 5 minutes away.

"excellent hotel"
Food is excellent, geat value for money, comfortable enviorement. But what makes this place so special are the staff, so helpful, attentive and approachable.

"ARRTO HOTEL - EXCELLENT VALUE"
The hotel is small and friendly and very clean. On arrival we were greeted with a welcoming smile by a very helpful Receptinist. Our room had tea/coffee facilities, TV, hairdrier and room decor was pleasant. The shower/bathroom, towels, showergel and soap. The is certainly a hotel to tell everyone about - central location and their meals/drinks in the bar were excellent value. Parking - NCP car park just 5 mins walk away.

"Add to your Glasgow experience - stay at The Artto"
Very comfortable, all amenities. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location, close to Central station, surrounded by cafes and bars. Their own bar very good too. Will stay there next time we are in Glasgow.

Have booked to stay again. Would have appreciated another pillow but overall i found the hotel very good for service and cleaniness.

"Could be better"
Bed was most uncomfortable and noisy, and shower was useless.Very noisy during the night from street.Parking that was described on internet was the wrong one and cost us £5.60 for 34 minutes, when we moved it to the correct one which was much better.

"Ok - not bad for the price at short notice"
pleasantly surprised as it was an attic room and up to date flat screen tv and facilities - a little tired in places stopped me from rating it good - but good location and pleasant staff.
