"Cheap and cheerful "
We had paid £156.00 for two nights in a double "superior" room. At arrival we were greeted politely and all the staff were very helpful. We were disappointed with our room as it was just a basic double room. Nothing superior to it. Annoying as we paid extra! We also paid extra for sea view, yet had another hotel between us and the sea. So had very limited sea view. The breakfast was nice.You get what you paid for but I would advise not to pay for extras such as sea view and upgraded rooms.

"Front Office Staff very helpful"
When I arrived I discovered my online booking had gone through twice. Despite trying about 6 numbers I could not speak to anyone at Hotel Direct so I would NOT use them again ever. However, the Front Office staff, particularly manager, Peter Dukas was very kind and helpful

"The outdated old fashioned. "
Every thing was awful our room was dirty, carpets all worn, couldn`t watch TV old, and picture was ful of lines. Food was worse than school dinners. Bar area was like a train station waiting room no personality in it at all. Needs shutting down and a full refurb.
