"Lovely facilities."
First time we stayed in one of your hotels and we were impressed with the gym and pool facilities,both my boyfriend and myself enjoyed having a workout then chilling The room however was tired in places eg.chips on the edge of the sink, the loo handle was too stiff and stayed in flush mode and there was a broken bit on the shower head. Some of the tv channels were snowy and barely watchable.In essence it seems that the add on facilities ie gym, pool and food outlets are more of a priority then the rooms. They need a good tart up

Great hotel with plenty to do in and around hotel.the swimming pool was a good size and the breakfast was fantastic

"Four nights here - we had a lovely time"
Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. Evening menus felt a little restricted when plain food and wheat-free required. Lovely swimming and gym facilities but would be good if children`s pool times could be extended from 5pm to 6pm.
