Staff always very helpful. Close to all amenities. we have stayed at the Mansion Hotel a number of times.. Breakfast is also excellent. ****

"cleanliness"
The room and especially the bathroom needed more care and attention when being cleaned. The tiles and bath edge were dirty as well as the floor area around the toilet. I didn`t feel the place had had a deep clean or a descent clean for months

"bit disappointing"
The room was good except for a few minor things.apart from the fridge and TV one there was only 1 electric plug socket and that was where u plugged the kettle in.u Could only open the middle window about an inch as it had wooden blocks on top.the other windows u couldn`t open at all.so was very warm at night u couldn`t sleep felt a bit like a prison :(.one of the fuse box that was by the bed was coming of the wall and the screw coming out of it.clock was 2 hours slow but was to high up so u couldn`t reach it.the fridge made so much loud clicking noise that also prevented u from sleeping.it was that loud in the middle of the night it actually made u jump when it suddenly did that.cause it didn`t happen constant.and to many cob webs :( the staff was friendly and helpful and a decent hotel but room for improvement.
