"Charged twice for Breakfast"
Note whilst the hotel was good, my colleague was charged £20 for breakfast on departutre. Only on checking my booking I noted I had already paid. Therefore how do I go about claiming my money back please.

"Friendly helpful staff.. Wonderful twin room with two huge beds."
Helpful staff assisted with taking baggage for storage prior to booking in and following booking out which was a terrific assistance . Immaculate room with everything you need and expect from a four star hotel . Excellent location for seeing edinburgh . Only slight disappointment was the view from room.. Non existent but wouldn`t stop me from staying at this lovely hotel again .. We used the gym and pool incl steam room and all were clean and well equipped.. Thank you apex hotel for a lovely weekend !

Had a fantastic stay here for a 40th birthday.Hotel really great ,large rooms and spotless.Fantastic breakfasts and great staff.Will stay here the next time i visit edinburgh with out a doubt.

"Very nice hotel"
The hotel was very clean and smart. The rooms were well decorated although a little small. The hotel is well situated close to Princes Street and is within walking distance of most of the attractions.The staff were friendly and helpful, if a little slow sometimes.I would stay here again.
