"Unexpectedly spacious and comfortable"

As Ealing drifted into Southall I became slightly concerned. I need not have worried. This would have worked well as a 1 bedroom flat with all that was needed in terms of space and comfort.

"Hotel excellent, location average"

Hotel room was lovely and front desk staff very helpful. Only off putting feature is the location - a million miles from anywhere and very expensive to get to and fro, even using public transport. Only shopping within walking distance are budget pound shops or budget supermarkets.

"Really Excellent Hotel With Friendly Service"

I was seriously impressed with the hotel and want to thank the staff for making our stay most agreeable. The apartment was huge with great facilities. Particular thanks to Moin on reception who was extremely helpful. If I happen to be going to another concert at the Stadium any time soon, this will be where I stay.

"We were rather thrown by the time it took to get to central London. "

I booked this late on a weekend when the two German football teams were completing, everything in London was booked!. I had hoped for something cheaper and more central. However apparently we were upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful; spotlessly clean and charmingly decorated. It was more than we needed for one night, but it was comfortable, quiet: (we opened the window to sleep and the street sounds were loud but with the window closed it would have been very quiet - despite German football supporters below us). The staff were charming and very helpful. We felt cared for and comfortable.

"Fantastic room and service"

A great surprise, a real hidden gem for the price. This family business is a great advert for Best Western. Once you are there in West Ealing, it is worth the wait. Whist I would not normally stay so far out of central London, I would consider staying there again because of the quality and spaciousness of the room. Tip: it is much closer and easier to walk there from West Ealing overland train station (via Paddington), than it is from Ealing Broadway Tube station.

"Great hotel; easy to find; helpful receptionist"

The hotel/ apartment was easy to find - on Uxbridge Road exactly where the map said it would be; the room was well equipped and everything worked. We wanted some champagne glasses - the receptionist got us some. The only thing we couldn`t find was the elusive hair dryer. We didn`t really make much use of the kitchen, but it had everything in it. The beds were comfortable. Apparently there`s only one suite with a jacuzzi, but we weren`t really expecting one anyway. Would recommend. Good builder`s breakfast at cafe just along Uxbridge Rd.
