"Outstanding Hotel Excellent"

Out of all the hotels ive ever stayed at this has by far been the best the staff where all so friendly and helpful and the room was stunning, also i proposed to my girlfriend and the staff helped me so much defo a place to propose to your loved one everything was so perfect defo recomend to everyone and i will be comming back thank you so much .

"Ideally placed hotel in the centre of London offering excellent accommodation and service"

Have just spent a weekend at the Grange Holborn Hotel staying in a standard room with continental breakfast. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming and the room was beautifully presented with a lovely big Super Kingsize bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with plenty of space for toiletries etc and the hairdryer was well placed by a well lit mirror in the main room, which is something you don`t always get even in much more exclusive hotels. Very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was much enjoyed with fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, pastries etc. All in all a hotel I would recommend.

"Wow, what fantastic accommodation"

First impressions of this hotel were fantastic, very friendly staff. We even received a special birthday cake and had our room upgraded. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, full english buffet style and we were ready for sightseeing for the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

"All Lovely!"

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Grange Holborn. All staff very welcoming and helpful, decor very nice. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but you don`t spend that much time in there anyway. Location was good, close to plenty of major bus routes and 5 mins walk to Holborn tube. Wished I had more time to be able to use the pool and spa facilities but we already had a busy weekend booked. Had quite a walk from lift to room so if you have any mobility problems, ask for a closer room. Ate in the bar one night, lovely food and lovely cocktails. Would love to stay again.

"Well appointed and very comfortable"

Situated close to theatres and the west end.I would recomend this hotel and will look to book its use when next travelling to London.The rooms, bar and restaurant are of excellent quality and its staff take good care of client comforf with good levels of service.

"Smart hotel, reasonable prices."

Pleasant surroundings, but traffic noise considerable throughout the day and night including emergency services sirens. Service at breakfast time rather slow, a bit disorganised in the restaurant. Bath water tepid at best but cold most of the time. I would not stay here again for reasons stated.

The Staff were very helpful, wide choice for the continental breakfast buffet. A bit noisy at night lots of sirens going off at all hours but, all in all I would stay there again.

"Friendly staff, good location, nice facilities, a little noisey"

Very impressed with the hotel staff. Very friendly, helpfull and efficient. Lovely leisure facilities within the hotel.Excellent location, close to all the theatres and only a 2 minute walk from the tube station.Our only criticism, was that there seemed to be quite a bit of noise in the middle of the night from the lift, people moving around in the room above and general hotel noise etc. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldn`t sort though and certainly not enough to put me off returning again.Excellent full english breakfast in the morning. We did have to wait for fresh food to be brought out however, but the restaurant was exceptionally busy so understandable. Great hotel, would definitely return in the future.

"nice hotel - but noisy room"

Nice hotel with polite staff. We had one evening dinner at the hotel, the food was well presented and very good. The only draw back to our stay was the rooms at the front of the hotel are poorly sound proofed & we heared traffic noise, especially the emergency services, regularly thoughout the night.

We stayed at the Grange Hotel in Holborn, London which we found to be very central, 10 minutes walk from Covent Garden, perfect for shopping. We were given an upgraded room free of charge which turned out to be a junior suite.opted for the full English breakfast which was £8 extra per person per day, food was excellent, hotel was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully we would get the same upgrade at no extra cost. Really pleased.

"21st Birthday Weekend"

We travelled as a family to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday in style, the hotel staff were very accommodating and after a small miscommunication about the timing of birthday banners and champagne in her room all was sorted out nicely. Worth double checking with them exactly what you want and when you want it. The entire staff seemed to be very multicultural. The restaurants were both very good food and not bad value either. Shame we didnâ??t have time to enjoy the pool and spa. The hotel is a good 25 min walk from Euston station for those thinking it close. I would say the hotel is a good 4+ star but 5 star is a bit of a stretch. Having said that, I would use the hotel again for a weekend.

"our stay at Grange Holborn"

excellent location, walking distance to leicester square and picadilly - we went to see a show at the theatre in the evening. Room size was very good, clean and tidy and facilities superb. There was a little issue regards to checking in as they initially couldn`t find our booking details on the system but apart from that an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was continental with an option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for £8 pp. We stuck with the continental as there was a huge choice - very good breakfast after a good nights sleep.

"Excellent food but poor check-in"

I was told check-in was from 2pm, my party didn`t arrive until about 3:30pm, and of the 5 rooms booked only 4 were ready (and 3 of these the cleaner was walking out of the door as we got to the room) and the fifth room wasn`t ready until 4:10pm and we only got it then becuase after waiting for the hotel recpetion to contact us when it was ready we got impatient (table for dinner was booked for 5pm) we went to ask again and a different member of staff was able to sort it. The rooms were good though, although of the 5 rooms they were very different, a couple of the rooms were huge, and one room (the one that wasn`t ready) was far smaller than the others, with much smaller beds.The food at the hotel was of an excellent standard and very cheap too considering the hotel rating.Overall the hotel was good for the discounted price that we paid through hotels direct, but I`m not sure I would pay the usual £285 per night tariff.

This hotel certainly lived up to it`s five star rating. Very friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. The only minor criticism would be the rather small bathroom.

Overall our stay was brilliant. The only negative was that we had booked a twin room & we were given a king size so we had to sort that out. The staff were friendly & helpful at all times; food excellent; room clean.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff, great rooms, very clean. Can be a bit noisy on the lower floors due to it`s location but well worth stopping at.

We had 2 room changes due to aircon.problems.Each time was with an upgrade. We ended up in a lovely suite,and all was done with the minimum of fuss and with great courtesy. We thought the breakfast did not do justice to an otherwise first class hotel.

"Excellent friendly service"

I called the night before our stay to say it was my husband`s 40th birthday. When we arrived the receptionist wished him a happy birthday and in our room we had fruit and two drinks vouchers. The staff were friendly, breakfast very good and room was spacious. No complaints at all.
