"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to return for a longer stay."

We were not able to open the windows so we were very hot. Fortunately there was a fan available.Suggest that a handle could be fixed over the bath as I am not secure on my feet, in the shower, and there was nothing to grip onto. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, even though it quite different to my normal breakfast. liked the cabinet for drinks etc but found milk was not replenished for the second day. The hotel was very full and seems very popular. Everyone seemed to want breakfast at the same time on Sunday but this was soon resolved as we were taken to another room to be served. Thanks to all the staff. You were appreciated.

"small and beautiful."

beautiful small hotel in a very good position to view the show ,also for walking to nearby sights, could not fault the hotel for anything.excellent standard of service and politeness.very clean, quiet spot. Will certainly come back to stay for longer. Thank you.

"Nice little hotel - would recommend, but not in summer"

OK, the rooms aren`t huge, and they`re not air-conditioned, but this is a nice little hotel. Very clean, in a convenient spot, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The rooms can get quite warm - a bonus in chilly weather, but I wouldn`t stay here in the height of summer. All round, though, this is good hotel, and I will stay here again.

"Clean, comfortable and welcoming"

Clean, comfortable, attractive Hotel. Staff very welcoming and pleasant. Good location for Westminster and Victoria areas. In quiet, good area. Would love to stay again.

"Lovely room and nice staff"

We enjoyed the vicinity of this hotel to Westminster and the theatre, the room was a very nice twin room which was very clean. The breakfast was a plentiful and good quality buffet. Not so great: very hot at night, it seemed like the heating was on in August, we had to queue for breakfast and the tea and coffee sachets in the room, we didn`t realise you needed to ask for it to be replenished daily, these aside I would definately stay there again, the staff were lovely.

"First class hotel"

Staff at hotel were very helpful and polite at all times. Service was of a high standard. Rooms were spotless and well equipped. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to London.

The room was a bit tired and not what I was expecting from a 4* hotel. We booked a double room and had twin beds pushed together. However, it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The weekday buffet breakfast was better than the weekend buffet. The breakfast was fresh and the buffet was kept full up to the end of service. Staff were polite and helpful.
