"Overnight Stay"

This is a excellent hotel. I have stayed in a few in London, and i would definitely return to this one again.You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the tube station at Tower Hill. Very close to the Tower of london if you want to visit.The room was clean, and the beds were lovely and soft which is always a must for me.Breakfast was good, a continental you could upgrade to the full english for a extra.We left our bags at the hotel when we checked out and when we returned they were more than happy to help get a taxi if we wanted one.Definitely worth a visit to this hotel

"Excellent Hotel Great Location "

Stayed Saturday and Sunday night really nice hotel in a great location 5 mins from Tower of London and 2 minutes from the underground. Walking distance of Tower Bridge and access to southbank with many restaurants, borough market and London Dungeon. Hotel also situated in a quiet road so slept really well. Rooms are luxurious and breakfast was nice. Service excellent they also look after your bags if you arrive early or check out. Would definately stay there again.

Very convenient hotel and we were upgraded to an executive room. Next door to Underground station. Breakfast was great. Would book again.

"Perfect weekend"

Young couple, stayed 25-28th Nov for a city break. Overall hotel was gorgeous, swimming pool small and intimate, quiet.. we were upgraded to an executive suite, large room, spotless, not one complaint to make..quiet hotel both day and night..24hr room service facility which was great, food was really nice..room service was excellent, called in the evenings to see if we needed anything, also gave complimentary bottles of water..We would definitely stay here again!!

Almost everything was perfect - the friendly staff, the access, the bed, the room. Great value for a weekend break. One small area I feel could be improved was the continental breakfast - I was specially disappointed in the toast. I found the bread very poor quality and the way it was laid out it was cold and soggy by the time I got to eat it. Other than that no complaints.

Amazing hotel, one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The staff are superb the facilities are great including the aromatherapy room which second to the really comfortable room was definately the highlight of my trip. Will definately be staying there again.

"Very helpfull staff"

Our initial room backed onto the train line station and was a little noisy. The curtains also failed to stop the bright lights from the platform. After a poor nights sleep we made our way downstairs to ask to be moved. We were greeted by a very helpfull and friendly member of staff who arranged for us to move rooms. What greeted my girlfriend & I was remarkable. Our room for 2nd night of our stay was up on the 9th floor overlooking the Tower of London. The views were stunning and the room (suite) was also lovely. Many thanks for making the 2nd half of our stay with you very enjoyable.

"Hidden Gem"

Had a great time! staff were friendly and helpful! I did`nt want to leave the spa left there feeling very chilled & relaxed! I will defiently being staying again & would remmend the hotel to anyone staying in the city for sure....

"Good location and service"

Service, cleanlinessand food good with Tower of London very close, also liked pool ans spa. Shame about dire art work on walls; I love abstract art but this was just bad.

Although we were initially placed in the wrong room the mistake was quickly and efficiently rectified. Staff were helpful and visible at all times. The breakfast (continental) was varied and plentiful. The room was clean and well equipped as was the spa and pool area. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel and the location

"FIRST CLASS IN EVERY WAY"

The Grange City Hotel was excellent when we visited London in February; it was clean smart and the staff where very helpful. Our room again was very clean and smart and the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of Continental cheeses and hams and lots of fruit to choose from. I had the full English breakfast which kept me going most of the day. I would defiantly use this hotel again. (5 Stars *****)
