I think we were unfortunate in having a basement room, which was fine in itself, but was noisy being almost next to the restaurant. Would not want that position again

"A clean and comfortable hotel"

The headline just says it : clean and comfortable. Loved to be able to open windows, enjoyed the spacious bathroom , the beds and pillows were good. The staff was very friendly, only the continental breakfast was very basic and no free wifi in the bedrooms. But will definaely stay there again.

Overall the hotel was very good, the staff were very pleasant and helpful although some of them couldn`t speak much English beyond Hello or Goodmorning. The tube line (Portland Street) was not one I wanted to use for where I wanted to go, however Warren Street tube station wasn`t far away- that`s the only reason I wouldn`t stay @ the Grange Fitrovia again.

"Staff - very helpful. Room - clean - shower was fine and powerful."

Breakfast was nice but the room was a bit squashed.Would definetly stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family

"Excellent place to stay while going to West End"

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if visiting the west end and not wanting to stay right in the heart of london. Excellent facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff an excellent place to stay

"Grand relaxing and beautiful hotel."

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff were great and most helpful. They even upgraded us to executive rooms - a great touch we will definatley go back. A very good location for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast was a very good, continental with loads to choose from. Very glad we stumbled on Hotels Direct and everything went like clockwork with all the tickets etc.,

"Grange Fitzrovia"

Great hotel and location if your looking for something with easy access to both the west end and main shopping streets. Breakfast was good although on the saturday it semed like you had to specially order a cooked breakfast whereas on the week days they just put out the whole buffet.Comfy rooms, nice hotel and helpful staff, full recommendation from me!

"Very Comfortable"

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Th room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom supplies were good. Would stay again.

"First impressions were that the entrance hall needed brightening up!"

Bedroom was perfectly adequate, beds very comfy and breakfast (continental) excellent. Staff very friendly, location easy access to oxford st and regents park. would book hotel again.

"A lovely friendly hotel."

Stayed in this hotel on20/5/11 for 2 nights.Our twin room was very comfortable.Had a lovely continental breakfast .The staff were extremely friendly , the receptionists, the dining room staff,the porter,everybody was really helpful and couldnt have been nicer.I will stay again on my next trip to London..

"No air conditioning in the bedroom we had, unsure wether it is in any rooms in the hotel."

Service was excellent, until 1 slight hiccup on Sunday morning, breakfast time was quite busy @ 9.30 am fresh orange juice ran out and some type of weak cordial offered which was tasteless
