Clean and comfortable - apart from workment outsid - staff for the most part very friendly but very harrassed at breakfast time and let it show.

The position, the style, and the size of the room were well above what we expected. We have stayed in London many times but this is our first to the Buckingham, but it wont be the last.Great value

Generally most impressed by the whole process - booking very easy, staff pleasant and welcoming and the facilities spacious and well provided - particularly the little kitchen. Pillows were small and hard and the shower poor, but overall excellent nevertheless. Would book again.
