"Excellent in comfort and service"

All sparkly and new, very modern, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and marvelous service. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, love to try more Grange hotels around the City.

"new modern and very comfortable, one or two issues"

may have been unlucky but seemed a little noisy from other rooms - TV / water flushing, should have been advised that booked into a disabled room, not a big problem but not ideal - low access to sink etc

Top marks for excellent friendly, courteous and helpful staff - from reception, concierge and restaurant -they made our stay.

The rooms were very modern, clean, and excellent quality. Overall it was a very pleasant experience the staff were very friendly, room service and bar prices quite expensive, small bar area, and very limited range in drinks, this needs to be improved on.The breakfast option is continental only and again limited in variety, which is very poor for a four/five star hotel.Would definately stay in the hotel again, staff are very helpfull and very close to the river and st katherines dock, great restaurants !

"Central, Comfortable, Luxury Hotel!"

This is a new hotel very close to Tower Bridge but far enough back to benefit from being quiet.Very comfortable beds and luxurious furnishings throughout - love to go back!

"Perfect location and a nice sized room "

Bathroom fittings were superb with a seperate bath and shower. The double bed was very large, and the continental breakfast was great, The only downside was one of the lifts was out of order so there was some waiting around for this.
