"Beautiful hotel"
Hotel beautiful,room very spacious and well equipped.Check in was poor and unwelcoming !!Older male who checked us in had no rappor past reception several times during our stay and no good morning or hello from this gentleman ?yet door staff very friendly and polite .

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great room with a view and fantastic bathroom. Nice touch with bed turned down and chocolate on your pillow every night. Highly recommended

Luxurious hotel. Staff were all very helpful. Room a bit disappointing: cheese from previous guests left in fridge, no waste paper bin, very little tote paper, plug in bathroom sink did not lift sufficiently to allow water to run away. No nibbles available in the bar. Breakfast was good but not worth over £20!

I absolutely loved it! Couldn`t of changed one thing, will see you in the summer as we are coming back and our stay was perfect therefore we`re coming back haha!

"Great hotel"
Great hotel, brilliant views of rhe river, well placed, bit more expensive than we usually stay at but it was a treat, rooms very high quality, staff excellent, friendly and helpful at all times.
