"I have never been in a noisier hotel.I got no sleep for 3 nights. I complained twice."
firstly the hotel was spotless and the staff helpful and sympathetic. It was so noisy,I had no sleep,shouting,doors banging literally all night. I chose this hotel as was on my own and said 24 hour reception but I was o we the road,no one there and was too scared to deal with the noisy people. I did complain 2 mornings but it didn`t get any better. I would not recommend it for a woman on her own,need to be in the main hotel.
