"Excellent Hotel "
I satayed here over the weekend only for 1 night so I could do some Christmas Shopping with my sister. The Hotels itself it lovely, very modern and amazing decor. However it`s the staff that really make it they couldn`t do enough for us and every request was carried out swiftly and happily.

Stayed for 1 night for our anniversary and it was really lovely. Ideal location and very comfortable - would recommend it!

"Very efficient, friendly staff"
The room was fine, air-conditioned, beds comfortable, good linen. Had a bath and shower as requested. Only (very small) criticism of the bathroom is that an additional towel rail would be useful. The hotel is well situated for transport and in a quiet location. Would stay here again.

"Having stayed there before we knew what to expect and was not disappointed."
Staff were welcoming and polite. All of the hotel was excellent in decoration and cleanliness, the room spotless and equipped with the usual coffee, teas, and biscuits. Having arrived early to , as we thought to leave our luggage in the luggage room, we were pleasantly surprised to be told it was ready for us to use. Not the usual "you cannot check in before a certain time". My brother joined us and he was asked if another relative was joining us as someone of the same surname was also staying. No one else was but they were willing to situate them near each other if they were, how thoughtful! Choice at breakfast was excellent as was the prices if we wanted a cooked meal. The only thing against that I could say, and not a problem, was that my brother booked from America and he had a superior suite to our standard double for less cost, exchange rate maybe?? not sure. On the whole wonderful stay and will be going again. :)
