"Room Heater Motor came on and off all night."

This spoiled my nights sleep. when I eventually worked out how to turn it off at 7 AM .... the one in the room over us kicked in. It was like having a motorcyclist in the bedroom. So never again, thanks

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Great nights sleep.

"bed/ radio/ wifi"

Bed: a mixed experience - huge and fluffy duvet (good) but the mattress was saggy and shaped to previous guests (not good!)Radio: the only option was radio 1. When there are multiple music channels already available it is really frustrating not to have access to BBC Radio 4 or the World Service or some other equivalent. Wifi: why not?

"Would stay again. "

This hotel is ideally situated. It`s within comfortable walking distance of the rugby, Grafton Street & the Dart. After a blip with our room type it was corrected without quibble & I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded. All food in the hotel was lovely. I would book this hotel again.

"Nice Hotel"

arrived after having booked a double room to find we had been allocated a twin room, was quickly rectified. The room was quite clean apart from a stain on the carpet which obviously wont wash out & a smell of cigarettes in the room. Unfortunately the inconsiderate people who smoke in a non-smoking room are at fault here & I do not blame the hotel. There were quite a lot of disgarded cigerette butts just out through the window. Comfortable huge bed was very nice to sleep in & the breakfast was decent with very helpful staff. Would stay here again.
