"Staff couldn`t be more helpful and obliging."
Great location and generally excellent staff. Only gripe - at breakfast the omelette station needs more support as you can wait all day. We would definitely go back again, but not have an omelette for breakfast!

"Not quite as good as expected"
We were really looking forward to our stay at the Regents Park Marriott and high hopes for our stay, maybe too high. Although the room was pleasant, we were surprised that wi-fi was chargeable. We thought that elements of the room were a little tired and dusty. At breakfast the next morning we had under cooked fried eggs and the rest of the breakfast was only luke warm, which was a shame because it was of good quality.

"Very helpful"
On arrival we were given a bottle of water each and shown to our room which was clean, spacious and welcoming. The hotel gave us a map to show up how to get around. On the Sunday it was our daughters birthday, we had informed the hotel and the staff brought out a small cake with sparklers and sang happy birthday to her. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. On a downside drinks were expensive, a beer and a bottle of cider at the bar cost £12.00, also the hotel was a bit further from theatreland than we realised.

"Good Hotel"
The hotel was clean and efficient and friendly. We would stay here again. One of our rooms probably used to be a smoking room back in the day when you could smoke in hotels as it smelt a little `musty` but it was very clean.

"Noisy room"
We asked for a quiet room. They put us in an executive room which was nice but was noisy. We had already unpacked and went to bed but at 10.30pm we rang reception and asked to be moved. They did move us after we looked at 2 other rooms! On the first morning we had an English Breakfast and we informed one of the staff that the sausages tasted off! They did not have any marmalade which is a British tradition .It put us off our breakfast and our stay! We don`t think we will stay at this Marriott Hotel again! The high standards seemed to have slipped!

"Lovely hotel , Great Location , outstanding service !!"
My wife and I stayed here fir one night and right from the start we were made to feel welcome .Naomi on the front desk was very welcoming and congratulated us on our baby news - she went to the trouble of arranging a cake in a room with a note of congrats ! The swimming pool was outstanding , very clean hotel , rooms were big and noise free with a comfy bed .The food and breakfast was soo nice .Location spot on with only a few stops to Leicester sq and Westminster for the sights . We will definitely stay again and cannot rate this hotel high enough !

"A great hotel - superb service"
I stayed in this hotel for the first time and was very impressed. The accommodation was very comfortable and the staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. My only complaint is that the wi-fi was not complimentary other than in the public rooms. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

"Above and beyond.."
I rolled up at 05.30am after my flight got in early and the friendly night manager gave me a half-day extra for a quarter of the advertised price. Next day my daughter came to meet me for breakfast and I tried to pay for the extra guest, to be told that it was covered by my room, even though I only booked for one. I`ll be back..

The hotel was great from the welcoming smile at reception to the comfortable bed in the room. Everyone was polite and helpful.The breakfast offered an extensive range of hot and cold breakfat options - all good.

Best staff in any hotel I have stayed at. Really genuinely friendly and helpful staff from time arrived, handing out bottles of water to new arrivals. Every seemed so professional and competent, whetther front of of house, breakfast or bar. It was not just pleasant words. The only downside was poor shower, and inadequate tea and coffee provided in room. but would definitely use again.
