"Nice hotel but could use improvements "
Location was great, 5 minutes from the beach and tube, 15 minutes walk from attraction such as sagrada familia, breakfast was nice and had lots of variety, rooms were nice and clean however the fridge door broke and the hairdryer didn`t work, no aircon in winter so we had to ask for a key to the window but that took a while.. The rooms are very noisy, kept awake for 2 hours at 5 in the morning by noisy guests next door however reception were good and went and spoke to the guests to ask them to keep the noise down. The hotel is advertised with a pool and jacuzzi/spa which was a huge selling point for me. However guests have to pay 16euros for the day or 9euros for an hour which I did not see stated anywhere before booking, so that was a disappointment. The price you pay for the rooms you expect access to the hotels facilities. The rooftop is nice however bar is closed in winter so not much point being up there.
